Lou joined Social Ventures Australia (SVA) in 2017 following a career of 25+ years spanning the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors in Australia, the UK and Africa. She heads up SVA’s NSW/ACT Consulting team.

 

Lou works with senior leadership teams and boards across the social sector - including charities, funders and government - to help define their strategic path and to understand, then measure impact. She engages across issue areas such as justice, financial wellbeing, mental health, disability, social enterprise, NFP mergers and also works extensively with First Nations communities.

 

Louise holds Masters degrees from both UNSW and Deakin University in Economics & International Development.
