Natalie Devlin is Charter Hall’s Chief Experience Officer (CXO) responsible for creating customer centric strategies that drive culture and customer connectivity across the Group, ensuring that customer experience is central to the Group’s operations. Prior to this role, Natalie was the Group’s Head of People, Brand and Community responsible for the stewardship of the Group’s culture, internal and external brand, organisational capability, sustainability and community investment – during a period which saw the company nearly triple in size to $30 billion.
She describes delivering on the fast-growing Group’s brand, culture and sustainability aspirations like completing maintenance on a jetliner mid-flight.
Yet, despite these challenges she has flourished as a key member of the Group’s EXCO since 2011, while creating an authentic and differentiated employee, customer and community experience for the Group. Today, Charter Hall is considered an incredible learning ground for property professionals in their career, a trusted partner to major Australian companies as tenants in its office, industrial, retail and social infrastructure property portfolio and a trusted advisor to some of Australia’s largest investors.
Natalie’s previous roles include Head of People and Development at Valad Property Group, where she established the human resources function during its rapid growth period, and Head of HR, Asia Pacific for a multinational publishing company, where she transformed their operating model.
