Tim’s background in design, planning, economics, and business leadership allows him a unique skill set and perspective when providing strategic advice, advocacy and transformational leadership to complex city shaping urban infrastructure programmes and investments.
Working across Australia, Europe the Middle East, South East Asia and the US over 25 years he has thrived in complex stakeholder environments, bridged public and private interests, supported and led strategic precinct positioning, planning and design of transit, cultural, education, commercial and mixed-use developments at metropolitan precinct and corridor scale.
An accomplished urban infrastructure strategist he is widely sought after to lead research initiatives, business and technical innovation programs, facilitate regional and global client-to-client forums and managing targeted project campaigns. The creation of resilient, liveable and inspirational places for our future communities is always his aim and guiding star.
Most recently he has helped shape innovation and employment precincts and bring clarity to the economic benefits they bring the wider community and to deliver equitable access to jobs for all Australians.
